Remote Online Notary

How does it work?

Getting your document virtually notarized is a quick and easy process.  All you need is:

~Internet Connection ~Valid government-issued photo identification card or passport

~Access to smartphone or computer with audio/camera capabilities

Book your Appointment

Find a date and time on our calendar that works best for your schedule. All that is needed from you is your full name, email address, phone number, & a deposit to secure your spot.

Upload your documents

We ask that documents are submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 2 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures the notary is fully prepared for your appointment. 

Get your documents Notarized online!

You will be sent a link to join our secure site with video and audio recording. You will be asked to provide your ID prior to joining. Once completed, your document(s) will be sent directly to you. 

Cancellation Policy

Notification of Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us via phone at (727) 815-6600 or email at brittany@the-wgroup.com. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiting of your deposit.

No-Shows:

A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or less than 24-hour cancellation

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

All notary services, once provided, may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the service. These services include but are not limited to completed notarizations or notary acts that have been executed and finalized. Refunds will only be considered for payments made in advance for notary services that have not yet been rendered.

Refundable Circumstances:

1) Appointment Cancellation: If you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be eligible for a refund.

​

2) Service Unavailability: If we are unable to fulfill the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue on our end, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be provided.
